6-7pm Flow Yoga

(An energetic style yoga class, to help improve blood flow, increase flexibility and relaxing breathing techniques)

7.15pm Yoga-lates

(Pilates exercises to help strengthen the core, improve posture and encourage better hip mobility. Along with yogic stretching techniques to help improve flexibility.)

8pm Meditation and mindfulness

Bring your comfortable clothes, blankets and pillows for this guided meditation class. Incorporating relaxing techniques such as candle gazing, cacao ceremony and deep breathing techniques to help soothe the nervous system and leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

Look out for ‘‘Introduce a friend for free’’ week where you can bring a friend with you to the class who has not been before. This is a great idea for anyone wanting to try Pilates or yoga but is a little to shy about coming alone!

This will run once a month (Generally the last week of the month) and will be advertised on our social media pages!
