Need more one to one advice on your fitness routine or need some support on beginning your journey into weightloss, weight gain, strengthening and toning? Need to train for an event? or you may even just want to feel fitter and better in yourself. One on one online personal training can be arranged for you whether you want to train at home or take your program with you to your local gym. With a wide range of flexible options we can agree a suitable training plan for you!

Progressive Yoga

For those who have already practiced yoga at a basic level and would like to opt for more challenging options and progressive poses (asanas). This is a great way to increase your flexibility and strength and brings more focus and awareness to your posture and technique.
